POREX ® TMF 10 Tube Modules 

New and Replacement Filters for Microfiltration Systems

Structural membrane tubes from POREX are the focus of our industry leading tubular membrane modules. Dependable membrane/substrate tubes utilize high flow rate membranes that can be used in new systems or as replacement filters in Memtek® microfiltration systems. The supreme strength of the high flow rate membrane generates a smaller system footprint while increasing filtration efficiency. Structural composite membranes are composed of PVDF membrane that are bonded to  PVDF substrate or anchored to PE substrate.

  • Three distinct membrane pore sizes available on two different substrate options
  • Uniform, thermally-bonded omni-directional substrate pore structure provides an optimized support structure for tubular membranes and enhanced membrane durability
  • Now available in multiple tube quantities and diameters for increased surface area and flux
Tubular Membrane

Chemical Resistance:

POREX TMF modules are resistant to a broad spectrum of corrosive chemicals and reagents as well as pH ranges of 0 to 14. Typically, pilot feasibility tests are needed to determine the actual TMF module performance under real operating conditions.
