Company Overview

Porex® Filtration provides unique solutions to high-solids filtration and separation problems. Applications include water and wastewater, paints, inks, polishing slurries, catalyst recovery, trap filtration, pulp and paper, metal finishing and completion fluids.

The Porex Tubular Membrane Module
features unique structural membrane tubes, where the membrane is substantially anchored in, or chemically fused to the sintered porous plastic substrate tube. The modules are designed for cross flow filtration in the microfiltration and ultrafiltration range. This patented membrane/substrate composite resists damage from scratching and abrasion as well as tolerating high pressure in forward and reverse flow conditions. The resulting composites feature broad chemical, temperature and abrasion resistance. Learn more
The Porex Radial Cartridge Filter
has a rigid, thermally bonded pore structure, with a narrow pore size distribution, that does not deform under pressure. Its patented, single layer, sintered porous plastic media , with the unique open radial channel design allows for efficient surface capture and release of contaminants during cleaning and back washing. The porous polyethylene structure assures broad chemical compatibility and offers high efficiency removal ratings of 5, 10, 20, and 50 microns. Learn More
The Porex MacroFlow PE Tube
are designed to fit standard Schedule 40 PVC end fittings and couplings. Manufactured of porous polyethylene (HDPE or UHMWPE), it is available in 5, 10, 20, and 50 micron pore sizes. The omnidirectional porous structure is excellent for filtration and separation, as well as cleaning and backwash. Learn More
